Efrat has led Google Israel's Staffing for about a decade from the inception of the R&D offices in Israel (2006). Efrat managed the recruitment of six Google offices in Europe . In her last role at Google she has been a Global Recruitment Manager at headquarters in California, In the last few years Efrat headed the talent team globally at the Lyft Autonomous Driving Division and at Next insurance. Efrat has been selected as one of the most prominent human resources professionals in Israel in 2014.
